What is Funfull™?

A member-funded, easy-to-navigate app that provides instant access to a collective of local entertainment and businesses. For as low as $10 per month per person, activity-seeking members are enjoying over 70² Funfull™ locations, engaging in active-play, and fostering fun, happy memories. What’s included in the membership?

Funfull™ membership includes unlimited¹ access or special member pricing to over 70² local active-entertainment locations. Members can also earn Funfull™ cash to use towards monthly membership fees by purchasing local gift cards through the Funfull™ app. Funfull™ cash can either be applied directly to the user’s account or gifted to other Funfull™ members.

When can you get support?

Funfull™ live agents are available 10 AM – 8PM ET weekdays and 12 PM – 8 PM ET weekends. We strive to respond within 24 hours, 7 days a week to requests.

How do I view and edit my account details?

Open the Funfull™ app on your mobile device, then click the ID icon on the bottom left of your screen. This is your Account Dashboard where you can view a list of members in your account. To make edits, click “Manage” to the right of the member’s name. You can also add members or upgrade your membership from this screen.

 

I already have the membership, how do I add a new member?

Open the Funfull™ app on your mobile device, then click the ID icon on the bottom left of your screen. Click “Add a member”. You will be asked for a birthdate and photo of each member you add for verification.

 

How do I add a new payment method?

Open the Funfull™ app on your mobile device, then click the “hamburger” icon (the three horizontal stacked lines) on the bottom right of your screen, and then select “Payments” from the menu. Click “Add a credit/debit”. A form will appear where you can enter your credit card information. Click the “Add card” button.

 

How do I redeem my Funfull™ gift card?

Open the Funfull™ app on your mobile device, then click the ID icon on the bottom left of your screen. Click “Redeem Trial/Gift Cards” on the top left of the page.

 

How do I cancel my Funfull™ membership?

Open the Funfull™ app on your mobile device, then click the ID icon on the bottom left of your screen. To cancel the account of one of your family members, click “Manage” to the right of their name. In the center box, click the button “Manage membership”. Click the arrow in the drop-down menu that appears and click the action you would like to take. You can choose to cancel, upgrade, or deactivate your account.

Where can I use my Funfull™ Membership?

With your Funfull™ membership, you can visit any partner active-entertainment location. Refer to the Places To Go section or the Funfull™ app for a full list of Funfull™ partner locations.

 

How do I check in with my Funfull™ Membership?

Open the Funfull™ app on your mobile device. Then click on the House Icon at the bottom of your screen. You can navigate to the location by browsing the Unlimited Locations or Special Pricing Locations features. Or, you can use the search bar located at the top of the screen to enter the location. Click on the location, then click “Check in”. Select the members you wish to check in, then click “Check in” at the bottom of the screen. Present your screen to the Front Desk. Enjoy!

 

How do I redeem my Funfull™ gift card?

Open the Funfull™ app on your mobile device. Then click on the ID icon at the bottom of your screen. Click “Redeem Trial/Gift Card” on the top right of the page. Click on the Gift Card you wish to use.

 

How do I delegate access?

Open the Funfull™ app on your mobile device, then click the “hamburger” icon (the three horizontal stacked lines) on the bottom right of your screen, and then select “Delegated Access”. Click the yellow “+” button in the bottom right corner. A box will pop up that says “Add Access”. Enter the user name or mobile phone number of the person you want to share access with. Then click “Select Members“.

You can select the date in the box to choose the length of time you want your account shared. Then, click “Yes” in the “ Can expire” section. Then click which members you want to share access with.

The person you shared access with does not have to be a paying member to receive delegated access, however they will need to download the Funfull™ app. Once downloaded, Open the Funfull™ app on your mobile device, then click the “hamburger” icon (the three horizontal stacked lines) on the bottom right of your screen, and then select “Delegated Access”. Then, select “Access Received” at the top right of the page, and then click “Accept”.

What is Funfull™ cash?

Funfull™ cash is a credit that can be earned through the Funfull™ app and used to reduce the cost of your monthly membership fee or purchase passes to a Funfull™ active-entertainment location.

 

How do I earn Funfull™ cash?

Purchase local gift cards through the Funfull™ app. Open the Funfull™ app, then click on the house icon at the bottom of the screen. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on “Purchase Gift Cards”. From here, you will be able to browse the various locations that offer gift cards through the Funfull™ app. Each gift card purchase has a corresponding amount of Funfull™ dollars, indicated by the line that says “Spend $X, Get X Funfull™ cash” in each gift card listing. Once you purchase a gift card, Funfull™ cash will be automatically added to your account as a credit.

 

If I have earned Funfull™ cash, but it is not enough to cover my membership fee, is there a partial credit for that month?

Yes! Open the Funfull™ app, then click on the hamburger icon (3 horizontal lines). Click on “Dashboard”. You will see the total amount of Funfull™ cash accrued. You can use the Funfull™ cash towards your monthly membership fee.

 

How do I redeem Funfull™ cash?

Open the Funfull™ app on your mobile device. Then click on the ID icon at the bottom of your screen. Click “Redeem Trial/Gift Card” on the top right of the page. Enter the amount in the text box that appears and then click “Submit”. At the top right of your dashboard, you see the total Funfull™ Cash available.

 

How many credits do I need for a free monthly membership?

Funfull™ cash works the same way that a traditional payment does towards your membership, if you have Funfull Cash in your app on the time of renewal it pull draw from that balance before charging your payment method on file.
