1. How do I view and edit my account details?

You can view and edit your account details by following these steps:
1. Open the Funfull app on your mobile device.
2. Click ‘Dashboard’ on the bottom left of your screen.
3. Click ‘Edit’ on the top right corner.
4. Click ‘Edit Profile’.
5. Make changes and click ‘Update Profile’.
If you need to make changes for another member on your account, you can click follow these steps:
1. Open the Funfull app on your mobile device.
2. Click ‘Dashboard’ on the bottom left of your screen.
3. Click ‘View Members’.
4. Click ‘Manage’ by the Member you’d like to make changes to.
5. Click ‘Edit Profile’.
6. Make changes and click ‘Update Profile’.

2. How do I add a new member?

You can add a new member to your Funfull account as follows:
1. Open your Funfull app.
2. Click ‘Dashboard’ on the bottom left of your screen.
3. Click ‘View members’.
4. Click the ‘Plus’ icon on the bottom right.
There are 2 options for adding members:
1. You can add new members to your account by clicking on “Add a member”.
2. In case you want to add another FunPass holder from your friends/family, you can do so by entering their Funfull profile codes.
You will be asked for a birthdate and photo of each new member you add for verification.

3. How do I edit member details?

To edit a member’s details:
1. Open your Funfull app.
2. Click ‘Dashboard’ on the bottom left of your screen.
3. Click ‘View members’.
4. Click “Manage” to the right of the member’s name.
5. Follow the further steps to edit their details.

4. How do I add a new payment method?

You can easily add a new payment method with these steps:
1. Open the Funfull app on your mobile.
2. Click the three-bar menu on the bottom right of your screen.
3. Select “Payments” from the menu.
4. Click “Add a Credit/Debit”.
A form will appear where you can enter your card information. Click the “Save” button to finish.

5. How do I redeem my Funfull Gift Code?

To redeem the Gift Code, open the Funfull app, click “Redeem Your Code” in the Dashboard, and complete the steps.

6. How do I cancel my FunPass?

You can cancel your FunPass by following these steps:
1. Open the Funfull app.
2. Go to the Three-line menu.
3. Click ‘Cancel FunPass’.
4. Select Members & proceed further.
A form will appear where you can enter your card information. Click the “Save” button to finish.
