1. Where can I use my Funfull FunPass?

The Funfull FunPass can be used to visit any fun places that we are partners with. You can see all the places on the Homepage on our mobile app. You can also search for specific fun places with the search functionality.

2. How do I check-in with my Funfull FunPass?

To check-in, follow the below steps:
1. Open the Funfull app on your mobile device.
2. Click on the Home Icon at the bottom of your screen.
3. Scroll and select your location from ‘Included with FunPass’ or ‘Special Pricing Locations’.
4. Alternatively, you can use the ‘search bar’ located at the top of the screen to enter the location.
5. Click on the location once you find it.
6. Click “Check in”.
7. Select the members you wish to check-in, then click “Check-in” at the bottom of the screen. Please note that payment is required for Special pricing locations.
8. After this, present your screen to the Front Desk of the location.

3. What is Delegated Access?

Delegated access allows you to assign the access of members below 14 years to another Funfull account. This is in cases where you are unavailable to visit fun places with your child and want to share access with a friend or family member.

4. How do I delegate access?

You can delegate access using the following steps:
1. Open the Funfull app on your mobile and click the “three-bar” menu on the bottom right of your screen
2. Select “Delegated Access”.
3. Click the yellow “+” button on the bottom right corner. A box will pop up that says “Add Access”.
4. Enter the Profile Code of the FunFull account you wish to share access with, or Click ‘Search from Contacts’.
5. Then click “Continue“.
6. You can select the date to choose the length of time you want to share access for. Click “Yes” in the “Can expire” section if you wish the access to get expired.
7. Select the members whose access you’d like to share.
The person you shared access with does not have to be a paying member to receive delegated access. However, they will need to download the Funfull app.
Once downloaded, they can open the Funfull app on their mobile device, click the “three-bar” menu on the bottom right of the screen, and select “Delegated Access”.
Finally, they can select “Access Received” at the top right of the page, and then click “Accept” by your name.
